Have your say on awards and penalties

Would you like to have your opinion heard on issues such as penalty rates, minimum wages, compliance costs or unfair dismissal but don’t have time to write a lengthy submission and don’t know where to send it?   We are making an offer WA small business should not refuse; an opportunity to have your say on these important workplace issues, via a simple ten minute survey.

The Australian Productivity Commission is looking at possible improvements to Australia’s workplace relations system and is calling for submissions from interested parties including employers and employees.   We will be compiling a detailed submission on behalf of small businesses in Western Australia and want as many businesses as possible to have their say via this submission.

The closing date for this survey has been extended to midday Monday 9 March 2015. We invite you to start the survey.
