The Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) supports small businesses to start well, survive and thrive.

We are proud to deliver the Climate Ready Program on behalf of the State Government, to help small businesses build resilience and capability in the face of climate related challenges, while continuing to contribute to the WA community and economy. 

The fully funded program will offer workshops and resources to small businesses across Western Australia to:

  • assist them to understand climate change impacts and business risks; and
  • identify adaptation strategies to help future proof their operations.

Workshop attendees will also be invited to apply for limited financial assistance to support their climate adaptation plans.

This toolkit has been provided to help you easily share the Climate Ready Program with your small business network. It contains ready to use email and social copy, imagery and digital collateral to assist in your promotion of the program. We value your assistance in helping WA small businesses prepare and plan for climate impacts.

Climate Ready is a free program supporting WA small businesses prepare for the impacts of a changing climate. It is being delivered by the Small Business Development Corporation on behalf of the State Government.

The program delivers practical workshops, tools and resources to help businesses understand their climate risks and opportunities, plan ahead and reduce disruption. 

Eligible businesses that attend a Climate Ready workshop may also apply for limited grant funding to support the implementation of their plans.
