Free workplace health and wellbeing workshops

With winter coughs and colds taking their toll on small business employees, Healthier Workplace WA is encouraging small business employers to introduce some simple health measures to keep workers in top shape.

According to the WA Department of Health, healthy workers are likely to be more motivated, productive, and take less sick leave, which is sound motivation to create and maintain a healthy workplace.

Free workshops are now being offered by Healthier Workplace WA, providing simple steps and strategies that lead to long term benefits for businesses and their workers.

This half-day professional development opportunity looks at building a business case for investing in the health and wellbeing of workers, current best practice workplace health and wellbeing strategies, and the essential steps involved in creating a workplace action plan.

Whether you’re a business owner or you’re responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of employees at your workplace, this free workshop may prove invaluable.
