BiZFiT Local Business ForumsThe Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCIWA) are involved in the Local Business Forums, which will be held across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. The CCIWA are recognised as a major provider of high value, independent economic advice and research for the West Australian business community. The CCIWA will be providing expert presentations at all BiZFiT Local Business Forums, aimed at small to medium sized businesses, focussing on recent trends in Western Australia and individual regional economies and their prospects going forward. The presentation will provide an insight into future economic conditions and the impact of a changing economic or policy environment on local economic conditions. BiZFiT ExtendCurtin Business School’s Centre for Entrepreneurship has been identified by the Small Business Development Corporation as a major project partner in both the development and the delivery of BiZFiT Extend, a two day program to inspire you to take your business to new heights while learning practical business skills. The Centre for Entrepreneurship has expertise in designing innovative, practical training programs for West Australian business people. The Centre was established in 1995 to provide business development programs for owner-managers of small to medium enterprises and is the only facility of its kind in Australia. Since its inception, the Unit has trained approximately 4000 owners of businesses in Western Australia. The Centre engages a number of highly regarded business people and professional presenters, whose combined ideas and experience have formed the basis for the BiZFiT Extend program.
