Visit us on Level 2, 140 William Street, Perth WA 6000 (access from Murray Street Mall)
We provide a one-stop service for all the business information you need to get your business off to the right start, as well as IBISWorld — an excellent industry and market research resource that covers over 500 industries in Australia's economy — and FMRC Benchmarking which assesses the best performing businesses in every sector.

We deliver a range of workshops that provide practical, real-world information on how to build a successful, profitable and dynamic small business.

You don't need to attend workshops in any particular order, but if you're starting out, we recommend that you begin with the free Business Basics workshop.

Register for workshops
All workshops (except Business Basics, which is free) cost $50 per person (including GST).

Working to influence government policy

As an advocate for small business, we work across government agencies to promote the interests of the small business sector.

We undertake extensive research and analysis of the issues confronting small business to help ensure government policies meet the sector's needs.

Current areas of focus include reducing the burden of red tape and helping small business owners with access to tendering and supply-chain opportunities. We also liaise with key industry bodies seeking their views and advising of significant legislative changes.
