Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP)

This plan is available in alternative formats such as large print, electronic format (disk or email), audio or Braille.

The DAIP is reviewed every five years and progress is reported by 31 July each year to the Disability Services Commission. You can find detailed information on Disability Access and Inclusion planning on the Commission's website.

Disability Access and Inclusion Plan information for contractors

Information is now required from contractors to identify which DAIP outcome areas they have supported. The Disability Services Commission has published a guide, which includes the Contractor Report Form: A Guide to Disability Access and Inclusion Plans (DAIPS) for State Government Contractors (8-page PDF 289 KB)

Freedom of Information (FOI) Statement

Part 5 section 94 of the West Australian Freedom of Information Act 1992 requires each government agency, including the Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) to publish an information statement that contains:

  • a statement of the structure and functions of the agency;
  • a description of the ways in which the functions affect members of the public;
  • details of public participation in policy formulation;
  • a description of the kinds of documents held by the agency; and
  • arrangements for public access to documents.
