The translating and interpreting service (TIS) is a national service providing translating and interpreting services to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients. Should you require an interpreter to access our services, please contact TIS on 131 450.
We have a complaints management policy and process which ensures that when a customer raises a complaint, they have the right to have that complaint received and addressed in strict confidence. It is also addressed in a spirit of helpful cooperation and resolved promptly.
