Complaints management

We have a complaints management policy and process which ensures that when a customer raises a complaint, they have the right to have that complaint received and addressed in strict confidence. It is also addressed in a spirit of helpful cooperation and resolved promptly.

Complaints may be raised with any member of staff in the first instance. If preferred, complaints may be lodged directly with the Commissioner by telephone (08) 6552 3203, or email exsec@smallbusiness.wa.gov.au, or to our postal address:
